My website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides me with the online platform that allows me to sell my products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.  

 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by me adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

I collect such Non-personal and Personal Information to provide readings, to provide clients with customer assistance and technical support, be able to contact Visitors and Users with general or personalized service-related notices and promotional messages,  create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred Non-personal Information, and to comply with any applicable laws and regulations.

When you make a booking on my website, as part of the process, I collect personal information you give to me such as your name, address and email address. Your data will be used solely for the purpose of arranging sessions and delivering your reading. However, there may be exceptional circumstances in which I am legally obliged to inform authorities (eg. terrorism, safeguarding, court orders for disclosure, etc.).

I keep minimal, anonymised session notes. If you would like to: access, correct, amend or delete any personal information I have about you, you are invited to contact me using the contact form.

I may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to send updates about my services, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce applicable national laws, and any agreement I may have with you. For these purposes I may contact you via email.

 

Birth chart readings are only for the owner of that chart. If you want a reading for someone else's birth chart, contact me.
